2023 Shanghai ITMA Textile Machinery Exhibition perfect curtain call, thanks to all the friends to visit the exchange!

This exhibition LONGWEI exhibited 38 inches 45G Fine guage double jersey open width machine, large diameter and the use of four tarck long needle fine guage machine, has been a minefield that many machinery manufacturer dare not touch.

Why do many machinery factories dare not touch fine guage machines with large diameter and four track (long) needles?

First of all, because the outside diameter of the 38-inch dial is larger, it also means that the machining accuracy of the central part of the machine must higher, otherwise the larger the outside diameter of the central connecting part error is extended outward, the greater the error is. 

If the error is large, the cloth will have a problem, and then if the center as long as there is a slight error, the larger the outside diameter, the greater the centrifugal force. The precision and stability of these machines put forward higher requirements!

The rigidity of the long needle of the four-track needle is not as good as that of the short needle of the two-segment needle, which also puts forward higher requirements for the precision of the machine. 

In summary, the Fine guage exhibition machines at this exhibition are mostly 34 inches of two track  (short needles).
